Return & Exchange Guidelines

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  2. It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and safety seals (if any)
  3. The product must be free from any perfume, stains, damage, or wear

To start the process, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, customization, and sale-related reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  1. Custom or made-to-order jewellery
  2. Products purchased during a sale, bundle, or special promotion
  3. Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper care
  4. Worn or altered items

 

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. The replacement item must be of equal or higher value
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping and any additional price difference

We recommend securing your package with a trusted courier to avoid loss in transit.

Refund Details

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of approval or rejection within 24–48 hours
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  3. Refunds are made via:
    – Bank transfer (for COD orders – we’ll request your account details)
    – Original payment method (for online card or digital wallet payments)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item).

Return Shipping Responsibility

  1. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  2. In cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we will bear the return cost or arrange pickup (subject to location)
